Due to popular demand, we have launched our first-ever wine club! Members of this club will receive the following benefits*:
Three (3) bottles of wine quarterly. You can join our Sweet Lovers Club ($35) or Dry Lovers Club ($45).

Wine Club Membership Agreement
Before proceeding to the wine club selection, please review the following Terms and Conditions for important information about billing, shipping, communication, and more.

Participants must be 21 years of age or older to join.

Subject to such limitations and exceptions as applicable, including as otherwise set forth in these Terms, Club members are entitled to receive three bottles of Brooks Hill Winery wines as set forth below. Members can exchange bottles at pick up, provided, however, that if a member wants to exchange for a more expensive bottle than is included, they will be charged the difference.
Sweet Lovers Club: $35.00 per quarter; three bottles of sweet Brooks Hill Winery wines selected by Brooks Hill Winery staff per quarter. (Only 1 Kentucky tradition may be included each quarter.)
Dry Lovers Club: $45.00 per quarter; three bottles of dry Brooks Hill Winery wines per quarter chosen by Brooks Hill Staff.
An email communication will be sent out to the email provided by Member at least one week prior to pick up and/or shipping to let members know of the upcoming charges. This email will also include shipping dates. Members must reply by the set date in the email to pick their options.
Upon joining, members are also eligible for additional membership benefits, including a 10% discount on wine purchases (by the bottle and glass) (excluding Club wines set forth above), complimentary tastings for the member and one guest*, quarterly members events, waived or reduced fees for winery events, and first access on new wine.
Membership benefits are extended to the cardholder only. The member name and card holder are to be the same person. The member may choose to bring a guest to share their complimentary tastings (2 total per visit, once weekly), but benefits will not apply to non-members, including spouses.
*Complimentary tastings can be redeemed up to once per week. A total of two people can participate; the member plus one guest. Tastings are defined as five different one-ounce samples of your choice. Members may not exchange their testing for a single glass of wine.
Members may be required to provide proof of membership to redeem all membership benefits. Abuse of Club membership (for example, by failing to follow the Terms, allowing others to use your membership number or other improper conduct as determined by Brooks Hill Winery in its sole discretion) may result in termination of your membership and disqualify you from future Club participation.
To be eligible for membership benefits your account must be (1) open, (2) in good standing and (3) current membership fees must have been paid.

All Club members acknowledge that the winemaker’s selected wines provided to Club members are limited in quantities and may not always be available at the time of your pick-up or delivery, especially if you do not pick up your wine in the quarter for which such wine was offered.

Quarterly releases are anticipated to be in March, June, September, and December. Charges will be drafted on the first of each of these months, after which members may stop by the Facility for pick-up or wine will be shipped. Shipping charges may apply based on member preferences.

Brooks Hill Winery uses Vinoshipper for Wine Club billing purposes. Invoices are created for the member on a recurring status.
Expired/Declined Card:
Should cards be declined for any reason, an email will be sent notifying the member that the Club fee was declined. Members will not receive their quarterly bottles of wine until the wine club fee from that quarter is paid in full.
Credit/Debit cards can be updated and/or a one-time payment made with a different card by calling the winery at 502-957-7810. Failure to update the card on file or make a payment with another card will result in a loss of benefits or removal from the Club. Membership will be cancelled without notice after failure to pay two quarterly fees and you will not be able to rejoin.

Membership fees for each quarter are based on member preferences when joining. Upon joining, members authorized automatic payments for each quarterly release along with shipping costs if applicable. All fees charged, including for gift memberships, are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms.

Bottles will be available for pickup at the Facility after the first day of the month of the applicable quarterly release, as long as payment has been approved. There are no additional charges for the pick-up option. Pick up can be done at convenience with no immediate deadline. If members fail to pick up after a 1-year period (12 bottles or more collectively), membership may be suspended without notice. In the event of such suspension, membership can be re-started after pick-up.

Members may choose to have their wine shipped. Wine will only be shipped if member has requested so in accordance with these Terms and the quarterly email communication. Please note that the shipment will need to be signed for by an adult 21 years of age or older. To avoid returns, a business address may be preferred.
We cannot ship to a PO Box. In accordance with federal and state laws we can only ship to AK, AZ, CO, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, ME, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VT, WA, WI, WV, WY (and, with 12 bottle minimum, to Alabama).
If Brooks Hill Winery becomes aware of issues with the package being delivered, we may attempt to contact with you to try and obtain an updated shipping address or alternate solution. If for some reason a member’s wines end up back at our Facility, Brooks Hill Winery will attempt to contact you to see if we can send to an alternate shipping address. There will be an additional re-shipment fee. Brooks Hill Winery will not refund shipping charges, and additional shipping charges may be applied where deliveries are returned as undeliverable or refused.
Due to normal transportation circumstances or circumstances outside our control, your bottle may be damaged in transport. If you receive a leaking or bad bottle, please give Brooks Hill Winery a call at 502-957-7810 and we may, in our discretion, reship a complimentary bottle of the same or similar quality. You may also take your bottle to our Facility, and we may, in our discretion, exchange it for a bottle of the same or similar quality. This is the sole remedy for a damaged or defective product.
Shipping charges are dependent on where the order is to be shipped and are calculated on the Vinoshipper website. If your wine is to be shipped and you want to exchange bottles, call Brooks Hill Winery at 502-957-7810 or email us at brookshillwinery@gmail.com in accordance with these Terms and the quarterly email communication with what you wish to exchange. If the bottles being exchanged are more expensive than the ones included in the release the difference will be charged at the time of release. There is no option for exchange of shipped wines except as set forth in this paragraph.

Email is the Club form of contact. You must notify Brooks Hill Winery staff if you are not receiving Club communications. Brooks Hill Winery and staff are not responsible for member’s unchecked email, members opting out of email, or email that filters to spam folders. If you are having problems receiving Club communications, email brookshillwinery@gmail.com.
An email will be sent out at least one week prior to pick-up and/or shipping to let members know of the upcoming charges. A separate email will be sent after the automatic charge with an invoice notifying of payment approval or decline. Additional emails will notify members of upcoming events and Club changes.
You authorize Brooks Hill Winery to send you marketing communications and special offers as part of your membership benefits.

Member discounts and benefits are not valid with other special offers or discounts offered by our stores. Member benefits are non-transferable. All goods, services and benefits provided by Brooks Hill Winery, including wines, are only provided and/or shipped to such states in which Brooks Hill Winery is licensed to provide such goods, services and benefits. Brooks Hill Winery is not engaged in the shipping or importing of wines or other products into or from any state, country or other jurisdiction where it is not so licensed. Membership in the Club is void where prohibited, and by joining the Club, you represent that your membership in the Club and receipt and use of any goods, services or other items received through the Club does not and will not violate any applicable law or regulation. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including without limitation, laws governing the possession and use of wine and alcoholic beverages. If any product is requested to be provided in or shipped to any state where Brooks Hill Winery is not appropriately licensed, Brooks Hill Winery can refuse such shipment.
Wines will be provided or delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. In joining the Club, you represent to Brooks Hill Winery that you are at least 21 years old and the person to whom delivery of any wine will be made. When your wine is picked up or delivered, the person receiving the product will be required to show identification proving Club membership and that he or she is at least 21 years old. Wines provided or delivered by the Club are not for resale and are for personal consumption only. Brooks Hill Winery has the right to terminate or suspend the Club, or your membership in the Club, at any time and for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, following a change in law.

The initial term of all membership is at least two quarters. Thereafter, all memberships will continue until terminated. Termination of membership during the initial term shall result in the difference between the full retail price of all wines received less the amount paid by member being charged to member’s credit card. If you wish to cancel your membership, you must let us know in writing at least three (3) days before the charge out date of the quarter for which your cancellation is to be effective, and any fees already charged for any membership, including any quarterly fees, are non-refundable. In addition, it is your responsibility to inform Brooks Hill Winery of any changes to your membership record and information.

Brooks Hill Winery reserves the right to deny or cancel memberships or make changes to Club Terms at any time. All member information is kept secure and is not shared with third parties.

In the event of any circumstances outside of the control of Brooks Hill Winery and which prevent, hinder or delay Brooks Hill Winery from performing its obligations, including but not limited to acts of God, earthquake, flood, severe weather conditions, or other natural calamity, disease outbreaks, epidemics or pandemics, strikes, insurrection or acts of terror, governmental action or inaction, including delays or failure to issue permits and authorizations or an inability to obtain supply and materials or means of shipping, Brooks Hill Winery’s obligations will be suspended for the term of such event or Brooks Hill Winery may elect to cancel the Club or Club membership for the affected members.

Shipping costs will vary by state and location and may be changed by Brooks Hill Winery from time to time. In addition, due to the ever-changing nature of alcohol and other wine-related laws, we may, from time to time, be advised that we are not able to complete delivery of a wine or ship wine to you. If we are unable to ship your wine to you, we will offer you the option to change your membership to an in-store pick up membership and you can pick up your wines at one of our stores. If that is not agreeable, you may cancel your membership in accordance with these Terms, and you may receive a refund of any membership fees paid for wine that we are not able to ship to you based on such a change in laws. In addition to changes in shipping charges, taxes and other related charges may change or may vary between states and locations, and retail wine prices and discounts will differ and vary from those related to wines provided by way of Club membership. Sales tax may also vary and Brooks Hill Winery collects sales tax as required by various local and state taxing authorities.

YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOUR MEMBERSHIP IN THE CLUB, THE GOODS AND SERVICES PROVIDED BY BROOKS HILL WINERY AND ALL OTHER BENEFITS RELATED TO THE CLUB ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. BROOKS HILL WINERY AND ANY OF ITS EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR PARTNERS OR ANY OF THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND THE WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL BROOKS HILL WINERY OR ANY OF ITS EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR PARTNERS OR ANY OF THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, HOWEVER CAUSED, RESULTING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR MEMBERSHIP IN THE CLUB OR ANY GOODS, SERVICES OR BENEFITS YOU RECEIVE OR FAIL TO RECEIVE FROM THE CLUB, WHETHER BASED ON BREACH OF WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT BROOKS HILL WINERY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF BROOKS HILL WINERY FOR CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR PRODUCT AND CLUB MEMBERSHIP DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRIOR TO SUCH CLAIM. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT BROOKS HILL WINERY WOULD NOT PROVIDE MEMBERSHIP IF NOT FOR THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS, AND THAT THESE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY ARE ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS OF THESE TERMS. THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY REFLECTS THE ALLOCATION OF RISK BETWEEN THE PARTIES. THE LIMITATIONS SPECIFIED IN THIS SECTION WILL SURVIVE AND APPLY EVEN IF ANY LIMITED REMEDY SPECIFIED IN THESE TERMS IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
By joining the Club, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Brooks Hill Winery and its affiliates, and their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, from and against any and all losses, claims, demands, actions, suits, or other proceeding brought by a third party, and associated losses, liability, penalties, damages, costs and expenses that arise out of or relate to your misrepresentation as to any information provided to the Club, your breach of any of these Terms or any misuse of any goods, services or other benefits of Club membership
Governing Law; Venue: These Terms are governed by the substantive laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts residing in Louisville, KY with respect to any dispute, disagreement, or cause of action related to or involving these Terms or the Club. YOU IRREVOCABLY SUBMIT TO THE JURISDICTION OF THE AFOREMENTIONED COURTS AND WAIVE ANY OBJECTION WHICH YOU MAY HAVE AT ANY TIME TO THE VENUE OF ANY PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE CLUB AND YOU IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY CLAIM THAT ANY SUCH SUIT, ACTION OR PROCEEDING BROUGHT IN ANY SUCH COURT HAS BEEN BROUGHT IN AN INCONVENIENT FORUM.
Miscellaneous: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Brooks Hill Winery with respect to your membership in the Club and the goods, services and benefits provided by Brooks Hill Winery and related to the Club.

These Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you are a member of the Club, and only Brooks Hill Winery may, in its sole discretion, modify the Terms or add or delete any of the Membership rules, conditions, benefits or rewards, in whole or in part. Brooks Hill Winery may make any such changes at any time, with or without notice, even though such changes may affect the value of frequent diner points already accumulated, the value of the rewards and/or the time of redemptions. Provided, however, that any revision shall not apply to disputes of which Brooks Hill Winery had notice on or before the date the change or revision is instituted. I state that, by clicking the button below and proceeding to the next page, choosing a wine club option, and moving forward with checkout on Vinoshipper, I am at least 21 years of age. I have reviewed the Wine Club Membership Agreement and I understand that, upon checkout, I will be a wine club member with Brooks Hill Winery. I authorize Brooks Hill Winery to automatically charge my credit card for each quarter for applicable wine club fees and agree to keep my contact and/or credit card information updated. I understand that my membership is ongoing and that after two quarters I may cancel at any time.
